Services

My goal is simple: get you better as quickly as possible so you can get back to work, sport, or chasing the grandkids. That means straight talk, collaborative plans, and treatment that addresses the real cause of your pain instead of leaning on scare tactics or endless schedules of visits.

I give every patient the same level of attention I provide the Idaho Steelheads, professional athletes from baseball, football, and golf, and the weekend warriors who trust me with their progress. Whether you are a desk jockey, a competitor, or anywhere in between, I will build a plan with you that fits your life.

What I treat & how I treat it

Targeted neck and mid-back treatment

Neck, mid-back, and low back pain

Traditional spinal manipulation (adjustments) aligns the spine while muscle energy techniques keep the session comfortable. Drop table, Activator, or hands-on work are all on the table depending on how your body responds.

Hip and shoulder mobility work

Hip and shoulder pain

Ball-and-socket joints love balance. I use movement screens, orthopedic tests, and specific strength drills to uncover the imbalance, adjust what needs motion, and coach the stability work that keeps the change.

Rehab exercise coaching for knees and elbows

Knees and elbows

Hinge joints thrive on the right load. Graston, RockTape, and precise rehab progressions calm irritated tissue, while upstream and downstream fixes make sure the hinge tracks the way it should.

Stability work for ankles and wrists

Ankle and wrist joints

From mortise joints to carpal rows, small alignment issues can ripple quickly. I mobilize what is stuck, stabilize what is lax, and coach home drills so the fix holds when you are back on your feet or hands.

Hands and feet strength work

Hands, feet, fingers, and toes

Whether it is grip strength for strongman or balance for daily life, I pair focused manual work with simple progressions so your extremities stay sturdy without endless appointments.

How my strength background shapes your care

Years on the competition floor and a decade in the Steelheads locker room mean I've seen what nagging strains, puck-side collisions, and barbell battles do to real people. That experience turns into faster assessments, smarter loading plans, and advice that actually works when you get back on the turf, rink, or job site.

  • Load-aware adjustments: I align joint and soft-tissue work with your season or training block, so you stay on track.
  • Soft-tissue with a purpose: Tight travel schedules taught me to target what changes how you move today.
  • Clear progression maps: Rehab plans mirror the demands of skating shifts, heavy lifts, and everyday life - no guesswork.

You'll still get classic chiropractic care - just backed by hands-on experience with top-tier athletes and the commitment I bring to every strongman event.

What separates me

Once you step into my office you will see that I am unique in my chiropractic philosophy. You and I work together to get you feeling better. Movement is medicine, and I show you how to use specific movements and exercises to your advantage.

On your initial visit

I will sit down with you and talk about your history and expectations. You will go through an easy-to-follow movement screen to pinpoint your complaints, followed by specialized orthopedic tests to zero in on a diagnosis. From there I will walk you through the findings and the treatment plan.

You will quickly find that I am not the typical chiro. Yes, there will be joint manipulations, but it does not end there. I will cover movement patterns with you that help you regain control of your injury. Each person gets homework to keep the healing process moving. I am not reinventing the wheel-I am keeping your wheels rolling.

Things I will NOT be doing

  • Getting out of my lane-I am focused on joints, muscles, and movement.
  • Setting patients up on long-term treatment plans or guessing how you feel.
  • Using high-pressure sales tactics to keep you coming back.
  • Ordering x-rays as a first option when orthopedic testing often gives me clearer answers.

What I WILL be doing

  • Working with you and actually listening to what you say.
  • Helping guide you toward the most functional version of yourself.
  • Pairing chiropractic care with movement-based homework that keeps you improving.
