Frequently Asked Questions

What problems do you treat?

Most people who walk into my clinic are dealing with everyday issues: back or neck pain, sprains and strains, desk-related aches, or post-accident recovery. You do not have to be a lifter for me to help.

  • Spine (back/neck), shoulder/hip, knee/elbow, wrist/ankle, hands/feet
  • Overuse and sports-related pain, return-to-work/return-to-sport plans
What can I expect at my first visit?
  1. I start with a conversation about your goals and history.
  2. I watch how you move and run orthopedic tests to find what matters.
  3. I explain what I see and treat what is appropriate that day.
  4. I send you home with simple homework so you keep improving between visits.

Time: Expect 45-60 minutes for first visits and 15-30 minutes for follow-ups.

Are you only for athletes?

No. While I support strongman and field athletes, most people I care for are not competitive athletes. My evidence-based care is tailored to your goals-work, family, and sport all count.

How do I book an appointment?

You can use the booking page to grab a time or call me at (208) 996-4839. I have separate options for new and returning patients.

Do you take insurance? How does billing work?

I keep billing straightforward with pay-at-visit. If you need it, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

My clinic is at 5143 N Glenwood St, Garden City, ID 83714-inside Iron Legacy Barbell. Enter the front doors and head left. There is plenty of on-site parking and you do not need a gym membership.

Hours and availability?

I see people by appointment. Check the booking page for current availability-I occasionally open limited Saturday times.

What should I wear and bring?
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in (shorts/t-shirt or gym wear).
  • Relevant imaging or reports and a medication list if you have them.
  • Training notes if you're an athlete so I can see the whole picture.
Emergency or urgent issues?

Call 911 for emergencies. For urgent but non-emergent concerns, call me and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Can I email medical details?

Please do not include personal health information (PHI) by email. Call me if you need to discuss clinical details.

Cancellation policy?

Plans change. Please reschedule or cancel using your confirmation message or by calling me as soon as possible so I can offer the time to someone else.
