What happens next

  1. Call me: we'll talk through what you need and pick a time that fits your schedule.
  2. Reminder: I'll check in before you arrive so you're set and any questions are answered.
  3. First visit (45-60 min): I'll talk through your goals, run movement/ortho tests, and start treatment if it makes sense.
  4. Follow-ups (15-30 min): I refine what works, progress exercise, and keep you moving forward.
  5. Home plan: you'll leave with targeted exercises and stretches so you keep improving between visits.
  6. What to wear: clothing you can move in-shorts, a t-shirt, or gym wear all work.
  7. Bring if relevant: prior imaging or reports, a list of meds, and training notes if you're an athlete.
  8. Billing: straightforward pay-at-visit. I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement when applicable.
  9. Reschedule/cancel: call me as soon as you can-there are no penalties with reasonable notice.
  10. Arrival: I'm inside Iron Legacy Barbell. Enter the main doors; my clinic is on the left. No gym membership required.
