What happens next
- Call me: we'll talk through what you need and pick a time that fits your schedule.
- Reminder: I'll check in before you arrive so you're set and any questions are answered.
- First visit (45-60 min): I'll talk through your goals, run movement/ortho tests, and start treatment if it makes sense.
- Follow-ups (15-30 min): I refine what works, progress exercise, and keep you moving forward.
- Home plan: you'll leave with targeted exercises and stretches so you keep improving between visits.
- What to wear: clothing you can move in-shorts, a t-shirt, or gym wear all work.
- Bring if relevant: prior imaging or reports, a list of meds, and training notes if you're an athlete.
- Billing: straightforward pay-at-visit. I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement when applicable.
- Reschedule/cancel: call me as soon as you can-there are no penalties with reasonable notice.
- Arrival: I'm inside Iron Legacy Barbell. Enter the main doors; my clinic is on the left. No gym membership required.
